How to Apply
If you are a licensed behavioral health professional with a passion for leadership, staff development, and delivering high-quality clinical services, we encourage you to apply for the Clinical Supervisor position with Clarvida.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
My recommendation as TA Enablement:
For Arizona recruiting, I would strongly suggest changing the education section from the current "Master's OR Bachelor's + 5 years" language to require an independently licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC, or equivalent) if the supervisor will be providing clinical supervision or signing clinical documentation. This aligns better with most Clarvida Clinical Supervisor postings nationally and will improve candidate quality and compliance
