We are hiring a Staffing Manager (Recruiter) in Minneapolis!

The Position:

• 
  
• Full-cycle recruiting role, focusing on finding accounting, finance, and HR talent for our clients
• 
  
• Source, recruit, interview and build relationships with accounting, finance, and HR professionals
• 
  
• Work with your sales team and clients to uncover job opportunities and understand their needs
• 
  
• Match making -- identify and present qualified candidates to job opportunities
• 
  
• Follow up —ensure successful placements, provide great service, and continue building relationships
•

Benefits Include:

• Compensation: base salary + uncapped commission. $65,000-$100,000+ expected earnings.
