We're seeking an experienced RN leader with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) experience to oversee care delivery, supervise clinical staff, lead interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensure compliance with care planning and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Active NYS RN License
MLTC experience required
2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience with elderly/frail populations
Knowledge of UAS, care planning, and NYS regulations
