    Position Highlights
    • Lead an established, high-performing Cardiothoracic Surgery program as Medical Director
    • Blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership responsibilities
    • Perform the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve, and thoracic procedures
    • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary Heart & Vascular team including Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Advanced Practice Providers
    • Drive quality initiatives, physician engagement, strategic growth, and program development
    • Access to state-of-the-art hybrid ORs, cardiovascular imaging, and advanced surgical technology
    • Strong referral network with immediate surgical volume and dedicated CVOR support
    Qualified Candidates
    • Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
    • Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
    • Demonstrated leadership experience in a cardiovascular program preferred
    • Expertise in adult cardiac surgery, including CABG and valve procedures
    • Commitment to quality outcomes, physician leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration
    • Excellent communication and program development skills
