    General Purpose of Job:

    Working as part of a team to provide quality patient care and assist with the daily functions of the physician clinic.

    Essential Duties:

    This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.

    • Assist with patients
    • Take vital signs
    • Enter data in electronic medical record
    • Maintain/Stock clinic supplies and exam room
    • Patient assistance program for applicable patient
    • Clean surgical equipment
    • Clerical and other duties assigned by the Manager of Patient Care the essential duties of the job beginning with the most important
