Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

About the Opportunity

Needs a Capital Markets Business Analyst to join his team within Treasury Technology. This is to backfill someone rolling off his team, and solve for some internal realignments as well. The Treasury Platform is used by internal investment banking employees for trading, investing, and asset management products and services. They are adding a lot of products to this platform and have a lot of work coming down the pipeline in addition to sunsetting a legacy application. They need a strong BA to meet with stakeholders, – in this case the front office traders – gather requirements, and write user stories with Jira. They should have a strong technical understanding of the SDLC and be able to the technical language of the developers, as well as the business jargon of the front office traders.

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years of IT experience
• Ideally 5+ years of Tech Business Analyst experience
• Gather requirements, write user stories, UAT testing
• Strong Capital Markets experience
• Hedging, Bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange (FX) preferred

Plusses:

• Either a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Certification
• Python or Oracle for data analysis or modeling
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification
• Quartz or Trading application experience

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $65 to $70 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
