Non-IT Business Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Non-IT Business Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for driving operational effectiveness through workforce planning, financial management, and business governance while serving as a strategic partner to leadership. The Business Manager will oversee headcount planning, workforce analytics, budget forecasting, expense management, contract and vendor governance, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee headcount planning and workforce analytics
• Manage organizational reporting, budget forecasting, and expense management
• Govern contracts and vendors
• Handle resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for senior management decision-making

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in business management or a related role
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and headcount forecasting
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and vendor governance
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills, including Excel and Power BI
• Experience with stakeholder management, strategic planning, and process improvement
• Familiarity with risk and compliance oversight
• Strong communication skills

Pay range up to: $49.67 per hour
