YOUR DAY TO DAY:
The Capital Projects Coordinator supports the planning, scheduling, and execution of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects across the facility. This role is designed for a hands-on professional with maintenance mechanic experience who understands industrial equipment, facility systems, and safe work practices. The coordinator assists in scoping jobs, preparing equipment areas, coordinating contractors, tracking progress, and ensuring all work follows established safety and lockout/tagout procedures. This position serves as the operational bridge between maintenance, facilities, engineering, and external vendors, ensuring capital projects are executed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to production.
