    Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

    What You'll Do

    As a Call Center Representative, you'll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of customer and financial services responsibilities, including:

    • Answer incoming calls and assist members in a professional, timely, and friendly manner
    • Resolve member needs with a goal of first‑call resolution
    • Support requests related to:
    • Account balances, transfers, and payments
    • Debit and credit card support, including fraud assistance
    • Mobile and online banking platforms
    • Loan and deposit product inquiries (including CDs)
    • Respond to member requests through email and secure messaging
    • Perform account maintenance and research as needed
    • Review required documentation for new accounts
    • Support fellow call center team members via phone, email, and chat
    • Assist with escalations, overrides, and reversal requests
    • Participate in quality review processes and daily reporting tasks
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with your team
    • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned-great exposure for growth!

    What We're Looking For

    We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn and grow:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Customer service or sales experience preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual skills are a plus!)
    • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
    • Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and manage frequent change
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional
    • Willingness to learn and follow federal regulations and company policies

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Desk‑based role (approximately 95% of the workday)
    • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
    • Non‑smoking work environment
