Location: Mount Sinai Hospital -1468 Madison Ave
We are seeking a Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) Cable Infrastructure Coordinator and Project Manager, to join our dynamic team on-site three days / remote two days a week at Mount Sinai Health System. The candidate should have experience working with Information Technology Ticketing Systems and have a base knowledge of Cable Infrastructure, Network and Telecommunication Services. This position will play a crucial role in implementation, and support our low voltage cable infrastructure environment, ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of this critical infrastructure which supports patient care, research and administration for the entire health system.
Responsibilities
Cable Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC)
Coordinate Service NOW Incident and Request Tickets (Mount Sinai end users)
Coordinate Podio Incident and Request Tickets (Mount Sinai Cable Contractors)
Do walkthroughs with End user to create Scope of Work
Interface with Cable Contractor and oversee installation and completion of the ticket work.
Provide any Patient Control Risk Assessment, PCRA, Infection Control Risk Assessment ICRA and Life Safety permits needed for tickets
Parts Inventory and Tracking
Coordinate Cable Material orders and deliveries with Material vendors
Inventory and track material orders and deliveries
Track Vendor and contractor cover spending using Excel
Design/Documentation
Markup PDF drawings using REVU Bluebeam showing Cable locations, pathways, and Fire wall penetrations
As build existing Bluebeam and Visio drawings
Create/as build Excel Cable Run lists
Project Management
Oversee small to medium projects within the Health System
Interface with Facilities PM's, Architects, and Engineers on Cable Infrastructure Designs
Do walkthroughs with End user to create scope of work, SOWs
Coordinate work with Cable Contractors and the Network and Telecommunication teams.
Coordinate work with Cable Contractors and the Network and Telecommunication teams.
Provide oversight of onsite cable contractors and address field conditions as they arise
Close out projects promptly and ensure as-built drawings are updated and budgets are closed out
Follow internal processes for Infectious Control, Life, Fire Safety, etc.

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $82000 - $123000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
