To support our 26,000+ employees in over 150 locations, we provide the environments and systems that enable collaboration, productivity, and innovation.

Bloomberg’s Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS), together with our derivatives data and valuation services (BVAL OTC), delivers a comprehensive suite of risk management tools. These solutions provide consistent, consolidated views of risk across the enterprise. Powered by Bloomberg’s industry-leading pricing library, market data, and mortgage cash flow engine, MARS enables front office, risk, middle office, and collateral teams to analyze portfolios, manage exposure, and respond confidently to changing market conditions.

As part of Bloomberg’s Enterprise Relationship Services (ERS) offering, we provide a premium, high-touch service model designed to help clients maximize the value of our risk solutions through deep expertise, proactive engagement, and strategic partnership.

This is a highly client-facing role that blends risk expertise, product mastery, and commercial impact. You will act as a trusted advisor to risk managers, treasury teams, and senior stakeholders, helping them optimize workflows, deepen their use of MARS, and unlock additional value from Bloomberg’s risk ecosystem.

You will also play a key role in driving client adoption, supporting sales initiatives, and influencing product development, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Core Responsibilities

Build strong, trusted relationships across client organizations and provide tailored guidance on risk workflows and best practices

Proactively identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver solutions across multiple support channels including chat, tickets, calls, and on-site engagements

Product and Domain Expertise

Develop deep expertise in MARS, BVAL OTC, and related workflows across asset classes

Stay current on market developments and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable client insights

Serve as a subject matter expert, helping clients interpret complex risk analytics and implement best-in-class approaches

Commercial Impact and Growth Enablement

Partner closely with Sales to support revenue generation, including identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to client engagements

Drive adoption of ERS services and advanced platform capabilities

Provide structured client feedback and market intelligence to Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap prioritization

Operational Excellence and Innovation

Lead onboarding of new workflows and use cases, ensuring seamless client integration

Identify process gaps and introduce scalable solutions to improve efficiency and service quality

Manage client communications during incidents or escalations with transparency and professionalism

We’ll trust you to:

Own the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of ERS clients on the MARS platform

Act as a trusted advisor on risk analytics, derivatives valuation, and portfolio workflows

Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across front office, risk, and operations teams

Drive client adoption of advanced MARS capabilities and ERS services

Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance client outcomes and platform performance

Translate client needs into actionable product feedback and commercial opportunities

Lead client training sessions, workshops, and strategic reviews

Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution

You’ll need to have:

4+ years of experience in Financial Services or a Financial Technology company

Experience with derivatives, either on the buy-side, sell-side, or within a vendor supporting derivatives market data or risk analytics tools

Proven ability to build relationships across a range of stakeholders including technical users, traders, product managers, and senior leadership
