Position Overview

As a Busser, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our baristas and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized café space while ensuring that guests enjoy the high-quality experience Mercurys is known for.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Support baristas and team members by maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized café environment
• Wash, dry, and restock dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Empty trash and recycling as needed
• Ensure restrooms and guest areas remain tidy and inviting
• Assist with stocking products and supplies
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests when needed
