Make a difference as a Business Unit Manager

As a Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from planning through implementation, production, and delivery to customers. Your specific responsibilities will be:

• Oversee customer order entry in the ERP, resolve exceptions, and manage due dates by removing workflow blockers and reinforcing accountability for agreed deliverables.
• Coordinate with Production Planning on finished-goods delivery updates, partner with planning and procurement to forecast the project pipeline, and build/present concise status reports to executive leadership
• Obtain and refine system knowledge to become valued subject matter expert for assigned team.
• Continuously evaluate best practices to strengthen project management across product development
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

What we are looking for in a Business Unit Manager

To thrive as a Business Unit Manager at Krypton Solutions, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical as you will be responsible for ensuring that Production teams have accurate information to work on and managing multiple projects at various stages of deployment. Ideally, candidates will have:

• Engineering or Technical Degree needed or relevant industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects regarding the production of electronic, precision mechanical and electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or program management preferred.
• This job operates in a professional office environment.
• Constantly operates a computer.
• Frequently needs to communicate information with other members of the organization.
