Business Systems Analyst

This hybrid role blends business systems analysis with Scrum Master responsibilities, supporting data-driven decision-making and Agile project delivery across financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Anti-Money Laundering systems, PL/SQL, and Agile methodologies.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst 
Location:  Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, Dallas, or Phoenix (3x/week in office)
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr
Duration: 6+ months, contract-to-hire opportunity 
 

Job Description:
We’re seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst Lead to join our client's team in the financial industry. This hybrid role blends business systems analysis with Scrum Master responsibilities, supporting data-driven decision-making and Agile project delivery across financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Anti-Money Laundering systems, PL/SQL, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams
• Conduct data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization across 30+ applications
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Support Anti-Money Laundering systems and database operations using PL/SQL

Required Skills:

• 5–10+ years in business systems analysis and Scrum Master roles
• Expertise in PL/SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong analytical, independent, and collaborative work style

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Scrum certifications preferred
• Experience with AML applications a plus
