Business Systems Analyst

Location: Columbus, Dallas, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Akron, or Detroit (Onsite). Remote candidates will also be considered.

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Trade360 experience. This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and updating assigned application systems. The position requires analyzing existing systems and procedures to identify technical or procedural improvements and designing processes to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned application systems.
• Trade360 migration facilitation.
• Researches complex problems and takes appropriate action to correct them.
• Analyzes existing systems or procedures and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
• Develops and provides documentation for users and for training purposes.
• Develops operational procedures for products, services, and systems.
• Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develops and generates special or ad hoc reports.
• Provides technical support to the business unit, customers, management, and other users.
• Acts as a liaison between software vendors and the business unit or between users and other corporate areas.
• May serve as a lead analyst in training or on projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade Finance system experience with the Trade360 application.
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or in Quality Assurance (QA).
