    As a Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II) supporting the Practice Management Portfolio (PMX), you will help provide world-class financial products that support more than 19,000 branch office locations across the United States and Canada. As an independent practitioner, you will leverage your understanding of products, processes, workflows, and data to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and digital delivery teams. You will define requirements, evaluate solutions, identify risks and dependencies, maintain stakeholder alignment, and support the successful delivery of digital solutions that drive business value.

    What You'll Do:

    • Serve as a primary liaison between business and digital teams, driving shared understanding of business needs, requirements, and desired outcomes.
    • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, acceptance criteria, and business rules into clear and actionable user stories.
    • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, discovery sessions, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration to support effective delivery of digital solutions.
    • Manage requirements, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring traceability from intake through implementation.
    • Analyze business processes, operational data, system capabilities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
    • Support testing, implementation, go-live activities, and post-release defect triage.
    • Leverage available analytical data and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and delivery outcomes.
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience serving as a liaison between business partners and technology delivery teams.
    • Experience translating complex business and system needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable solutions.
    • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
    • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
    • Familiarity with requirements management and work tracking tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

    What Could Set You Apart:

    • Experience using Copilot or other AI-enabled tools to improve business processes and outcomes.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across business and technology partners, and deliver measurable results.
    • Knowledge of Edward Jones branch workflows, branch support processes, or Practice Management products.
    • Experience working in or delivering Salesforce solutions.
    • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to support product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
