Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Immigration Consultant, or an experienced Business Immigration Consultant, to join a growing employment-based immigration team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position offers the opportunity to manage complex immigration matters, work directly with clients, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The team partners with corporate clients to navigate complex immigration processes, providing strategic guidance and high-quality service to employers and foreign national employees.

Description

  • Manage employment-based immigration matters from initiation through filing and case completion.
  • Conduct client intake meetings and help establish case strategy.
  • Prepare and draft a variety of non immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Review and analyze case documentation to determine eligibility and filing requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign national employees.
  • Monitor case progress using case management and reporting systems.
  • Review client billing and assist with workload management and case assignments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate case records.
  • Support training, on boarding, and development of junior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and colleagues to ensure exceptional client service.

Profile

A successful Temp BI Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
  • Experience working with data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal Certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of business immigration experience, ideally in a high-volume corporate immigration environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes, including both non immigrant and immigrant visa categories.
  • Experience drafting immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
