Overview

LABUR is partnering with a client to bring on a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will lead the buildout of a client reporting solution within VestmarkOne, with a focus on performance reporting for managed accounts. This engagement calls for a seasoned BSA who can operate across middle and back office functions, driving the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through go-live in support of a key upcoming product launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and buildout of the client reporting solution within VestmarkOne, including performance reporting capabilities aligned to managed account structures
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across middle and back office teams
• Translate business and operational needs into detailed functional specifications and platform configuration requirements
• Perform data mapping and source-to-target analysis to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Facilitate requirements review sessions with key stakeholders and secure formal sign-off on proposed solutions
• Develop and execute test plans, including coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate client reporting outputs against business expectations
• Drive go-live readiness activities, ensuring all reporting configurations meet operational and compliance standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business teams to align the reporting solution with downstream workflows and data dependencies

Qualifications

• Managed accounts experience (SMA/UMA) required
• Middle and/or back office experience in financial services or wealth management
• Strong business systems analysis background with a proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, solution configuration, and implementation
• Demonstrated experience with client and performance reporting platforms
• Vestmark experience strongly preferred; Addepar reporting experience also considered
• SQL proficiency for data validation, mapping, and reporting support
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Agile experience is a plus

Compensation

$75-$80/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
