Business Support Coordinator
Baton Rouge, LA | Predominantly On-Site with Occasional Remote Flexibility
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 Based on Experience
Next Level Solutions is recruiting on behalf of one of our exceptional clients, a growing professional engineering services firm with approximately 30 employees. This is a newly created role designed to support business operations, reporting, process improvement, and long-term organizational growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, people, and business processes — and who wants to grow into a broader business operations role over time. The position will report directly to the Business Manager and will work closely with a small internal business support team.
About the Role
The Business Support Coordinator will help support the company’s day-to-day business operations, internal reporting, administrative systems, vendor tracking, and cross-department coordination. This role is not limited to one department; instead, it supports multiple areas of the business and helps ensure that information, processes, and reporting tools are accurate, organized, and useful for leadership.
This position was created as part of the company’s long-term succession planning strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute from day one while also growing into increased responsibility over time.

This role is predominantly on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. There may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, depending on business needs and manager approval.
The company has multiple office locations. Travel is not required, although there may be occasional opportunities to travel in order to participate in meetings involving other locations.
