Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.
The Investment Solutions Group (ISG) Specialist team provides advisors and clients with support around a wide range of products and solutions for both brokerage and fee-based accounts. The Business Reporting and Data Manager will be part of the COO group that supports business management and performance reporting routines for the Specialist teams, as well as the overall Data Strategy for ISG.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated professional to join a small team that is at the center of designing and developing innovative solutions to unlock the value of data and help leaders drive growth through better insights.
The role will help develop and support the team’s data infrastructure used to drive all reporting and analytics for the Specialists and ISG broadly, including getting our data AI ready. The role will also help to develop and maintain reporting solutions for Specialists and management leveraging Alteryx and Tableau.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$140,700.00 - $200,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
