My name is Shannon, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Business Process Manager II for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­North Wales, PA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Duration: 1 year

Pay: $65-73/hr.

Our client is seeking a proactive Business Process Manager II to support the Patient Health Innovation (PHI) team within Commercial Excellence & Innovation. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management and business operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve business processes, coordinate multiple projects, and develop executive-level communications and presentations.

This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master's/MBA with 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience supporting business operations, business process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry experience (required for remote candidates)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations, meeting materials, and communications
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
    • Outlook
    • Microsoft Teams
    • SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage ambiguity with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry experience (required for remote candidates)
  • Commercial pharmaceutical experience
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership meetings
  • Continuous improvement or process optimization experience
  • Experience identifying operational efficiencies or AI-enabled process improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple strategic projects and business initiatives simultaneously
  • Support senior leadership by preparing executive presentations, status updates, meeting agendas, and follow-up communications
  • Track project milestones, action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business stakeholders to improve operational alignment
  • Document business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation
  • Facilitate team meetings, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions
  • Maintain project documentation, shared operating files, and reporting dashboards
  • Support special projects and additional leadership initiatives as needed
