About the Role
We are looking for a Business Process Architect to partner with teams across the Infrastructure Hardware organization at Meta to identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and drive operational improvements using AI and existing Meta tools.
This role will work closely with business teams to understand current procedures, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and create more scalable processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong business process analysis skills with practical AI knowledge and a hands-on approach to implementing solutions. A hardware background is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams to understand existing workflows, procedures, and business challenges.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.
Recommend and implement practical solutions using company-provided AI tools and enterprise applications.
Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and AI use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions, improve adoption, and measure business impact.
Document optimized workflows and drive continuous process improvement.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.

Hands-on mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Experience with enterprise AI tools or workflow automation is a plus.
