Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Business Office Supervisor, you will contribute to the company's mission, vision, and values by coordinating daily operations for the front office. This includes overseeing functions of medical records, scheduling, chart preparation, patient registration, and collecting patient deposits.What you will do in this role:Coordinate business office employee schedules daily to ensure that assigned areas are staffedYou will be Responsible for accurate and timely completion of chart preparation, data entry, and pre-certification as required by insurance plans and collectionsYou will reconcile daily front office collectionsWork with your nurse manager and/or nurse coordinator to ensure daily schedule is streamlinedYou will maintain a blocked schedule listYou are responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of your facility based on hours workedYou will maintain a log for the center front desk petty cash fundYou serve as back up for business office positions when neededQualifications for this role:Minimum (2) years of experience in a medical office setting highly preferred.
