Business Office Manager - Laurelhurst SNF | Portland, OR

Laurelhurst SNF is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our dedicated team.

As a key member of our leadership group, you'll oversee the financial operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all business office functions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing billing, collections, and resident trust accounts
  • Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims and payments
  • Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support residents and families
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Office Manager in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid and third-party payer systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
