    About the Position

    Kid's Thrive Central is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team. The Business Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and business operations of the facility while supporting staff, families, and leadership with professionalism and excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily business office operations and administrative functions.
    • Manage billing, accounts receivable, payments, and financial records.
    • Maintain accurate employee, client, and facility documentation.
    • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and other administrative processes.
    • Coordinate communication with families, staff, vendors, and leadership.
    • Monitor office supplies, purchasing, and facility-related administrative needs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and client information.
    • Prepare reports and assist leadership with financial and operational tracking.
    • Support onboarding and administrative processes for new employees.
    • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and organization.
    • Provide professional, welcoming service to children, families, employees, and visitors.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in business office management, healthcare administration, childcare administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
