Pay:$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearLocation:Orlando, Florida – Primarily on-site with future hybrid flexibility available based on manager approval and business needs.Note:Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 3 years of direct commercial/business litigation experience in a law firm environment.Job DescriptionManage commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution, trial, or settlement.Develop litigation strategies for complex business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and construction-related matters.Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and appellate briefs.Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.Manage all phases of discovery, including complex document production and e‑discovery.Appear in state and federal court for hearings, conferences, and oral arguments.Assist with trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing legal guidance, strategic recommendations, and case updates.Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding legal representation.QualificationsActive Florida Bar license in good standing.3+ years of commercial/business litigation experience in a law firm.J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Experience managing litigation matters with increasing independence.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.BenefitsDental insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
