A well-established boutique law firm in Coral Gables is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing team. The firm handles a high volume of sophisticated business and real estate litigation matters and is looking for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on meaningful responsibility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct client exposure, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including strategy, drafting, and responses
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and execution
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements

• Active Florida Bar license required
• 5+ years of litigation experience (business litigation and/or real estate litigation preferred)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, and case management
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
