    What you’ll do:
    • Lead litigation matters from inception through resolution
    • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
    • Take and defend depositions and appear in court
    • Represent clients in mediations and complex negotiations
    • Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy
    • Draft, structure, and negotiate contracts and transactions
    • Support entity formation, governance, and business operations
    • Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor

    What you bring:
    • Active California Bar license
    • 4+ years of litigation experience
    • Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
    • Ability to manage cases independently
    • Business-minded and client-focused approach
    • Strong teamwork, accountability, and professional ambition
