This role is pivotal in empowering our team to develop complex queries using AI techniques, ensuring accurate data reporting and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic liaison to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead as a technical project manager, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies for data synthesis.
- Create and validate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Champion data literacy and conduct AI training sessions for non-technical staff.
- Collaborate with data engineering and program teams to troubleshoot data-related issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and translating complex data requests.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferences
- Experience leading as a technical project manager with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in a health and human services or similarly regulated environment.
- Experience with data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience creating AI prompt catalogs using tools like Streamlit with Python.
