Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Immigration Consultant (or experienced Business Immigration Consultant) to join a leading professional services organization on a temp-to-hire basis. This role offers significant client interaction, ownership of employment-based immigration matters, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team environment.

Description

  • Manage a broad range of employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing and case completion.
  • Conduct client consultations, troubleshoot case issues, and assist in developing immigration strategies.
  • Analyze documentation and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting materials.
  • Draft visa petitions, support letters, and other immigration-related documents.
  • Communicate regularly with corporate clients and foreign nationals regarding case progress and requirements.
  • Utilize case management systems and reporting tools to monitor case status and maintain data accuracy.
  • Assist with case reviews and quality control processes.
  • Review client billing under attorney supervision.
  • Prioritize caseloads, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support team development by assisting with onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Generate reports and provide updates to leadership as required.

Profile

A successful Business Immigration Consultant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal Certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of business immigration experience, preferably in a law firm, corporate immigration, or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based non immigrant and immigrant visa processes.
  • Experience drafting immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or supporting junior team members is preferred.
