Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the BDC (Business Development Center) team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Monitor and improve BDC performance metrics such as appointment setting, lead conversion, and customer follow-up
• Work closely with sales management to ensure seamless communication and processes between departments
• Train and develop BDC team members, fostering a positive and high-performing environment
• Analyze customer data and CRM systems to enhance engagement strategies and maximize lead opportunities
• Assist in shaping future sales processes, contributing to the dealership's overall sales growth
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as a BDC Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent understanding of lead management systems and CRM software (Eleads experience is a plus)
• A track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
• A desire to grow within the dealership and transition into a Sales Manager role in the near future
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
