Who We Work With:

Our partners are apartment owners and property operators. Through Autopilot, Landings owner partnership program, we turn their units into furnished, hospitality-grade homes and fill them with our nationwide demand. Owners see new revenue and higher occupancy in weeks, and we handle everything from furnishings to guest turnover with zero operational lift on their end.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative, youll be the first conversation an owner has with Landing. Youll find ownership groups and operators across the country, get them on the phone, and show them what Autopilot can do for their buildings. Our Account Executives handle the close, so your job is opening the door and getting owners to the table. Owners actually want what we offer, so your calls turn into real conversations. Every unit your pipeline brings in grows Landings supply, and you get paid on it with no cap.

What a Week Looks Like:

• At least 80 touches across calls, email, and LinkedIn, using Landing-approved messaging and cadence
• At least 10 pitches to owners and operators
• Qualifying opportunities and partnering with our Account Executives to get agreements signed
• Building your own target lists with HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo

What You Bring:

• You go after things without being told. Youve hit a number, won something, or built something because you wanted it
• You dont need sales experience. Time as a BDR, SDR, or AE is a plus, but drive matters more than your resume
• Youre excited to be on the phone every day and want to get really good at outbound
• Youre confident on the phone and clear in writing
• You pick up new tools quickly, like HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo
• Youre competitive, resilient, and motivated by watching your numbers move
• You can work daily from our Birmingham HQ
• Ideally, you have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 base
• Commission: Uncapped, about $45,800 a year at target, for about $105,800 total OTE
• Bonus: Bonuses for every new partner you help sign
