As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at 360 Advanced Cybersecurity, you are often the first point of contact for organizations navigating complex cybersecurity and compliance decisions.
Your ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and create meaningful conversations sets the tone for the entire customer relationship—and fuels our revenue engine.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
A typical day as a BDR starts with researching new prospects and identifying key insights. You’ll engage leaders in thoughtful conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, text message, and video. Through these efforts, you’ll create active selling conversations and open qualified opportunities for Account Executives. We believe in the power of personal connections, good questions, and direct conversation.
We are a fast-growing and fully remote team with high expectations. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys outbound selling, is familiar with a modern tech stack and is comfortable ramping quickly in a structured, metrics-driven environment. We can teach you cybersecurity & compliance, but you need to show up on day one ready to sell.
