As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within a defined geographic region by offering products, services, and solutions aligned with customer needs. You will collaborate with technical sales support teams and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and strengthen customer partnerships.

Fueling Your Passion

As a Business Development Representative, you will manage customer engagements, contribute to pricing and commercial strategies, and support sales execution across a medium-sized territory. You will play a key role in handling diverse client portfolios, negotiating contracts, and delivering business outcomes.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales of products, services, parts, solutions, and projects within an assigned geographic area

  • Managing diverse client relationships across the assigned territory

  • Applying technical knowledge to support products and systems, including limited customization within defined guidelines

  • Collaborating with technical sales support teams to achieve sales targets and ensure successful execution

  • Contributing to pricing frameworks, commercial terms, and customer-specific negotiations

  • Supporting sales efforts for opportunities with large estimated orders

  • Coordinating multiple sales activities and initiatives to meet business objectives

  • Supporting regional sales strategies with a focus on medium-sized territories

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales

  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills

  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate effectively

  • Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

  • Have the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively

  • Have strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
