You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing options. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.ResponsibilitiesReach out to and follow up with prospective customersGenerate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customersConnect new customers with appropriate sales team memberWork with customers in a professional, well-spoken mannerDirect customers to product information resources, including those available onlineProactively build out prospecting networkLog all activity in a CRMMeet and exceed goals each month and quarterRequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTime management, prioritization, and multitasking skillsClean driving record & valid driver's licenseShottenkirk Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
