Business Development Representative (Entry-Level) - Philippines

S Universe is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate in Philippines with strong customer service skills who is interested in building a career in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do

• Support lead generation efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

• Engage and communicate with prospective clients in the U.S. market

• Qualify leads and set up initial conversations for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow‑ups in our CRM

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Recent college graduate or early‑career professional

• Strong customer service or client‑facing experience (internships, part‑time roles, or call center experience welcomed)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via virtual channels

• Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or sales tools is a plus, but not required
