Be part of the team that makes circular technology happen

Business Development Representative

• Location: Remote (Dallas, TX or Toronto, ON)

• Reporting to: Business Development Manager, North America

• Employment Type: Full-time

We are 3stepIT

3stepIT is a global leader in circular technology management. We help organizations use technology smarter, more securely, and more sustainably. For nearly 30 years, we've designed comprehensive lifecycle solutions that finance, manage, reuse, and extend the value of technology—drastically reducing e-waste while delivering measurable business value back to corporate budgets.

Operating at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and financial innovation, we partner with enterprise organizations around the world to improve productivity, strengthen data security, and accelerate the transition toward a circular economy.

As we scale our North American business with major new facility launches in Toronto and Dallas, we're looking for ambitious, execution-focused professionals who want to accelerate their careers while shaping the future of sustainable enterprise technology.

Your Impact

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in building our enterprise sales pipeline and establishing our brand across the North American market.

Working alongside our North American leadership team, you will execute a sophisticated outbound business development strategy. You will connect with IT infrastructure, security, and finance executives who are actively navigating complex hardware refresh cycles, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), and data compliance regulations.

Why this is the right next challenge for you:

• Elite Enablement & Playbooks: This is an execution-focused role designed for professionals who thrive in structured processes and measurable results. Our prospecting methodologies, outreach frameworks, and messaging playbooks are fully established—your focus will be executing them at a high level while receiving continuous, senior-led coaching.

• A Sophisticated Value Proposition: You won't be pitching transactional, bottom-dollar disposal. You will learn to articulate a comprehensive framework centered on data security, environmental compliance, and unlocking hidden capital from retiring technology assets.

• Clear Career Acceleration: We are building this region from the ground up. High performers will have a direct, visible path to grow rapidly into Senior Business Development, Channel Management, or full Account Executive roles as our North American footprint expands.
