Job Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team in San Jose. This is an urgent hiring requirement for candidates who can focus on outbound sales activities, primarily cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting within the IT Services/Managed Services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective clients
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
