We're backed by top investors and are building a team that moves fast, thinks deeply, and cares about impact.As a BDR at Kira, you'll own outbound pipeline generation and play a critical role in how we break into and expand within school districts. This is not a transactional, high-volume-only role. You'll be expected to think strategically about accounts, identify the right entry points, and craft thoughtful, highly personalized outreach that resonates with educators and administrators navigating real constraints. You'll work closely with Account Executives and leadership to define and refine our outbound motion—what messaging works, which segments to prioritize, and how we win.
