A fantastic Business Development Representative (BDR) opportunity to help drive growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers for an innovative B2B SaaS platform. Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound outreach, research, networking, and prospecting tools.
  • Engage decision-makers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Learn and articulate the value of the company's solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns and improve prospect engagement.
  • Consistently achieve activity and pipeline generation goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, technology, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel broadly across the United States.
