This role is based in the Phoenix, AZ or Los Angeles, CA metro areas and focuses on Business Development - Capital Finance.
You will originate loans aligned with credit policies, negotiate transaction terms, review and approve deals, and seek management approval for new clients.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with referral sources (banks, CPAs, attorneys, private equity, etc.), visiting prospective clients, assisting in underwriting, and producing reports for new prospects.
The position reports to the EVP/National Marketing Manager and involves access to sensitive financial and market data.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of credit and sales experience in banking or finance, strong communication skills, financial analysis ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
