What You’ll Do
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the physical security and CCTV market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and proactive account management.
  • Conduct site assessments and design customized security solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service implementation.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (security, facilities services, or related industries preferred).
  • Proven Success: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of physical security services—guarding, patrol, electronic security—strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
