Join a global leader in packaging solutions and the world's largest hybrid packaging supplier. The Packaging Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and retaining customers.
Prospecting & New Business Development: Identify, secure, and develop new customers, build a book of business, create proposals, and close sales opportunities.
Account Growth: Increase share of wallet by introducing additional products and packaging solutions that help customers achieve their business goals.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions
Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring contractual commitments and service expectations are met

Hunter mentality with a track record of developing new business while also expanding and retaining existing accounts
Highly self-motivated and competitive, with the resilience to overcome challenges and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Proven B2B sales experience with at least 3+ years of success in consultative, relationship-based selling and prospecting
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging customers at multiple levels within an organization
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered
