Job Title: Business Development Manager Reports To: VP of Growth
Position Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients and prospects. This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to develop new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Growth:
Develop and execute growth strategies, including referrals and networking, to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to secure meetings and drive sales.
Develop and manage a top 25 prospect list.
Enhance client relationships and establish multiple-level contacts within accounts.
Partner with clients to achieve their business objectives and deliver value.
Collaborate with branch teams to implement cross-business opportunities.
Utilize a consultative sales strategy to overcome client objections effectively.
Maintain an accurate CRM database and manage sales funnel.
Exceed sales goals, including weekly gross margin, number of accounts, GM%, and weekly revenue.
Market Position & Client Relations:
Acquire at least 1 new account per week (minimum 9 per quarter, 30 per year).
Achieve a minimum of $250K gross profit per year and 20% YOY growth.
