Business Development Director

As Business Development Director, you'll lead our strategic sales initiatives and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base across the hospitality sector

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality recruitment sales, business development postion 
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in full-cycle recruitment
• Established network of hospitality industry contacts at the executive level
• Experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry's talent needs and market dynamics
