This role is primarily responsible for lead generation in support of our sales and service teams - connecting customers with the right people at the right time.

Income potential up to $50,000 per year

Base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to appointment and lead generation metrics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls using a proven script and schedule sales or service appointments.

  • Contact internet leads via phone and email to schedule appointments.

  • Respond promptly to customer website and inquiry requests.

  • Confirm upcoming appointments and re-schedule no-shows.

  • Log all customer interactions and follow-up activity in the Dealership Management System (DMS).

  • Notify relevant departments of scheduled appointments.

  • Follow up with sales and service teams to track appointment outcomes.

  • Contact existing customers regarding current marketing incentives.

  • Forward customer concerns to the appropriate department manager and follow up to resolution.

  • Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Up to 3 years of customer service or business development experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - professional, courteous, and clear.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Ability to learn and navigate Dealership Management Systems and supporting software.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in the Business Development Center with regular interaction with customers and dealership personnel. Work includes movement around dealership facilities. Physical requirements include frequent sitting and use of hands, and regular talking and listening.
