We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Business Developer to help grow our commercial landscape management, landscape construction, and snow removal business across Minnesota.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, identifying opportunities, and turning relationships into long-term partnerships. You'll work with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers to develop new business and expand existing relationships. If you're a relationship builder who knows how to find opportunities, earn trust, and close business, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Experience in commercial landscaping, snow removal, construction, property management, facilities, or a related industry is strongly preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls, networking, and generating your own leads
Confident meeting with customers and presenting proposals
Strong business judgment and the ability to understand customer needs and identify solutions
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with an operations team
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the service area
Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role preferred
