Job Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce Experience

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 a year + Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Agile methodologies, and delivering business-focused Salesforce solutions.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related products.

Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases.

Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, reporting, and automation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Experience supporting UAT, testing, and defect resolution.

Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
