Required Skills

• Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

• Thorough understanding of the P&C insurance lifecycle:

• Quote

• Policy Administration

• Underwriting

• Endorsements

• Renewals

• Claims

• Billing

• Knowledge of commercial and/or personal lines of business.

• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
