Role: Business analyst

Location: Warren, MI, 48092 / Remote

Duration: 5 months (can extend)

Pay Range: $50 to $60/Hr on W2

Role Descriptions:

• Write user stories from high level software requirements with enough technical depth to support engineering design| implementation| testing| and delivery.
• Translate business processes and operational needs into clear functional requirements| edge cases| acceptance criteria| and workflow definitions.
• Partner with technical teams| product managers| and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity before development begins.
• Maintain and organize work items in Jira or a similar development management tool| including requirements| stories| defects| dependencies| and status updates.
• Support lead management and related business process discussions| including intake| routing| tracking| reporting| and operational handoffs.
• Contribute to work involving Salesforce or adjacent CRM workflows| especially where platform behavior| data flow| or process definition must be documented.
• Work effectively with distributed teams| with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration.
